Henry was in Orange Co., IN at time of 1820 census, but by July 1829, was in Hart Twp., Warrick co., IN, where he declared as Justice of the Peace. (Note: Hart Twp. was created in Sept. 1826). After the death of Elizabeth, he married 2) Emily Palmer.
