Last name could be Paine, Payne, or Kayne. Andrew's third wife.
Information obtained from Debbie Lance via email on February 15, 1998.
Linda Finnell via email (lfinnell@lex.infi.net) on 13 Mar 1998 stated that there was no will for Elizabeth in Gibson Co., IN, but of course, in those days that was not uncommon for women to die without a WILL. She is said to have been a widow with young children when she married Andrew. She was 30 and he was 66.
Her name before marrying Andrew is said to be Paul/Pawl and she may have been from PA.
Elizabeth's maiden name is PAUL. She must have married a PAYNE and had PAYNE children prior to marrying Andrew GUDGEL.
