Will Accomack County, Virginia January 28, 1719, filed May 5, 1719, page 192.
Whole estate to be divided between wife Elizabeth and sons William and John Jr. Friend Ralph Corbin trustee to see that my son William has 3 years schooling. My wife is executor. Witnessed by Ralph Corbin, Simon Smith and Robert Corbin.
[John Foster died about six months after his wife's father William Shephard left his estate to his grandsom William Shepherd Foster.]
